Ivory Coast’s Taekwondo sensation Ruth Gbagbi has booked her ticket for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo after claiming gold medal at the Moscow 2019 World Taekwondo Grand-Prix final in Russia late Saturday.

The 25-year-old fought in the 67 kg category, finishing on top of the women list, which earned her automatic qualification for the Games.

Her latest success comes three weeks after a silver medal won at the Romania Open in same category.

Ruth Gbagbi would have the opportunity to improve on her performance at the Olympic Games following her bronze medal at the 2016 edition in Rio, Brazil.
