CAF and the Morocco Local Organizing Committee have officially announced the six stadiums set to host the TotalEnergies CAF WAFCON 2024, taking place from 5 to 26 July 2025, www.aclsports.com reports.
This marks the first time more than three venues will be used for the continental women’s showpiece, a clear signal of the tournament’s growing scale and significance.
The Selected Venues:
Olympic Stadium (Rabat) – A new, 21,000-seat arena near the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, set to also host AFCON 2025.
Larbi Zaouli Stadium (Casablanca) – Temporary home of Raja and Wydad Casablanca; renovated in 2019.
Père Jégo Stadium (Casablanca) – 10,000-seat venue named after legendary Moroccan coach, Père Jégo.
El Bachir Stadium (Mohammédia) – Historic 1954 stadium, upgraded in 2019; hosted U-17 AFCON final.
Honor Stadium (Oujda) – 35,000-capacity stadium with recent international hosting experience.
Berkane Stadium (Berkane) – Home of RS Berkane; revamped in 2017 with a 12,000-seat capacity.
CAF expects record-breaking attendance, broadcast reach, and digital engagement; building on the momentum of recent editions.
