Dino, however, broke the duck with Abubakar Abdulrasheed scoring before Gbenga Johnson sent the goalie the wrong way to keep the score tied.
Both sides scored their third penalties before Daniel Effiong saw his spot kick saved. And with Tobi Ewarawon converting, God’s Own Team took the lead. Adamu Terungwa would go on to sky his penalty, handing victory to Coach Daniel Japhet’s side.
For Dino, it’s another TCC Cup final disappointment, a second consecutive final defeat. For Atlantic Business, it’s the perfect ending to what has been an unforgettable season.
