Algeria female volleyball team end Africa Nations Cup preparations

Algeria women’s volleyball national team have wrapped up her international training tour in Tunisia in preparation for the Africa Cup of nations billed Cameroon between October 7th and 15th 2017.

According to the official page of the CAVB-African Volleyball Confederation, the Algeria team played two friendly matches against the Tunisian team where they won in the first match 3-1 (27-25, 25-23, 20-25, 25-23) and in the same score in the second match (25-15, 22-25, 26-24, 27-25).

The team under the supervision of the national technical staff, Nabil Tennoun and Fayçal Gherzouli, spent six days in Tunisia.

Algeria female volleyball team ready for Nations Cup

The Algerian technical staff changed the team to lower the average age to 22 years.

Algeria qualified as one of the top ranked African teams in the FIVB standings after they lost twice against the Tunisian squad.

aclsports.com gathered that eight teams have confirmed their participation at the Women’s African Nations championship happening in Yaounde, Cameroon
