Manchester City have been crowned 2017/2018 Premier League champions, after neighbours, United were shocked at home by relegation threatened West Brom Albion.

Our Time. Our City.

Jay Rodriguez’s second half strike proved decisive as the Magpies denied José Mourinho and his side a sixth consecutive PL win.

United had earlier spoilt City’s party, following their stunning comeback win at the derby, which delayed the Cityzens’s title celebrations.

However, with Pep Guardiola’s side bouncing back with a 3-1 win against Tottenham at Wembley, the Red Devils needed to beat WBA to delay the inevitable for another week.

The result at Old Trafford means Guardiola’s team cannot be caught anymore, as they currently lead the league with 16points with five games to play

City would have had the chance to seal the title at home next weekend, when they host Swansea City at Etihad. But with United doing them a favour now, the party has already begun.

The champions-elect have been worthy of their crown, having won 28 of 33 games played, scoring 93 goals and conceding just 25.

City, their players and fans have been in jubilant mood, and here are some of the best reactions to what has been a successful campaign for the Cityzens.
