He said Sokoto Rima are mentally is ready to take on Wydad adding that his teammates will put in their best performance.

The former Niger United player said “We are preparing fine and I know it tough game for us. “We do not need anyone to tell us what is before us. We must put in our best performance because Wydad are no pushover.”

He, therefore, charged his teammates to be more focused and committed to the task before them.

“We will be giving it all our best, knowing full well we have to win, we have to do something positive for ourselves. If not, we are out.

Sokoto Rima lost all four matches in the first round at the ongoing 2021 African Club Handball Championships but qualified to the quarterfinals due to the number of clubs participating.
