Morocco coach Herve Renard has published his final squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, naming three additional players as reserves.

As widely expected, the Atlas Lions veteran players: Benatia, Dirar, Amrabat, Boussoufa, El Ahmadi, Belhanda, Harit, Ziyech and Boutaib made the list, as well as 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) sensation Ayoub El Kaabi.

However, Southampton attacking midfielder Sofiane Boufal was snubbed, probably due to his limited playing time at St Mary’s Stadium.

Chafik, Tannane, El Yamiq, Haddad, Bammou, Bencharki, Azaro, Labyad and without surprise El Arabi have also been left out, while El Hajjam, Mazraoui and En-Nesyri are the three players on the reserve list.
