Tottenham returned to winning ways with a nervy 3-2 defeat of West Ham at the London stadium.

Harry Kane gave the visitors the lead in the 34th minute with a brilliant header, following a Dele Alli cross.

Kane doubled the lead four mintues later, just before the break and Christian Eriksen made it 3-0 in the 60th minute.

Javier Hernandez pulled one back for the Hammers five minutes later, before Spurs were reduced to ten men, after Serge Aurier was sent off after receiving his second yellow of the game.

Kouyate scored another goal for the Hammers late on to set up a frantic end to the game.

Despite comfortably leading 3-0, Spurs survive the late scare from West Ham, who failed to find the equaliser.

The win at the Olympic stadium was Tottenham’s fifth consecutive away league win dating back to last season.
