Aluko said, “We have prepared to host 20 teams from Lagos consisting of 10 men and 10 women. Last year was a good event after a great preparation.

This year, I will say we are even more prepared. Lekki Volleyball Club have a clear understanding of what we want to achieve and exactly how we want to achieve it.

For us, it’s all about promoting the beautiful game of volleyball in Nigeria and the opportunity to allow volleyball players to showcase their talents. We should expect a well-planned and very competitive tournament. The Thunder will return to the court, and this time, it will strike harder”.

Aluko said LVC is going to put up one of the biggest volleyball championship in the country.

He said, “We would like to thank all our sponsors for the support because without them, it will be difficult to host such magnitude of event. We also wish to thank the entire board and members of the Lekki Volleyball Club who are always behind the event morally and financially.

“To all lovers of volleyball in Nigeria, please come and witness the biggest volleyball tournament in Nigeria. LCV have put together a great show as usual, and this year, our sponsors are waiting to entertain us with different products”.
