Nigeria’s Dorcas Adesokan and Clement Krobakpo have been nominated by the Badminton Confederation of Africa for an international training tour. The tour is expected to take place in Cairo, Egypt from October 26th to 29th, 2017.

According to the President of Badminton Confederation of Africa, Byron Larry Keys the tour became necessary as a build up to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Games.

In an exclusive interview with Dorcas Adesokan and Clement Krobakpo both players expressed delight over the nomination.

They attributed the nomination to the All Africa Badminton Championships held in South Africa. Clement said, “this tour will expose us and we promise to be good ambassadors of our great country”.
